2.What this site is
These terms apply to the public website at ursamajor.io. The site introduces our company, describes our work in design, software development and technical consulting, and provides a way to contact us about projects and product support.
The website does not provide user accounts, checkout or public posting features. Descriptions of our services and products are general information, not a binding offer, quotation or commitment to undertake a project. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a contract for services.
3.Services and products
Client work is governed by a separate agreement with the client. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, schedule, deliverables, acceptance process, confidentiality obligations and ownership or licensing of the work, as applicable. These website terms do not replace or amend that agreement or any separate non-disclosure agreement.
Our applications and other digital products are governed by the terms and privacy notices provided for the relevant product, together with any applicable app store terms. These website terms do not grant a licence to use a product or set its subscription, payment, cancellation or refund conditions. A link to a product from this site does not change those separate terms.
4.Using this site
You may read and link to this site, and quote it as described in Text and marks. Please do not misrepresent it as an official record issued by a government or an authority, and do not use it in a way that suggests the company endorses you, your product or your claim.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking first, or copy it at volume in a way that degrades service for others.
5.Text and marks
The text, design, illustrations and other materials on this site belong to Ursa Major LLC or their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source. Any wider reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless allowed by applicable law or the relevant licence.
Our name and logo identify our company. These terms do not grant permission to use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law or transfers rights in client materials or project deliverables.
6.Privacy and enquiries
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and when you contact us. It covers server records and correspondence, including project enquiries and support requests.
Sending us an enquiry, idea, brief or other material does not transfer ownership of it to us or give us permission to publish it. Any confidentiality obligations are governed by applicable law and any agreement between us. Do not include passwords, access credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry or support message. Please arrange an appropriate confidential channel and, where needed, a non-disclosure agreement with us before sharing confidential project materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful breach of an obligation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights or changes statutory limitation periods.
10.Changes
We may update the website and these terms. An updated version will be published here with its version number and effective date. Changes apply to use of the website from that date onwards; they do not apply retroactively to earlier events or disputes.
Updating this page does not amend an existing client agreement, non-disclosure agreement or product agreement. Changes to those agreements follow their own amendment procedures and applicable law.
11.Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply under other applicable law, including consumer protection law.
If a concern arises, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it. Where permitted by applicable law, disputes concerning these website terms are to be brought before the competent courts in Yerevan, Armenia. This does not restrict any right to bring a claim in another court where mandatory law provides that right, or prevent you from seeking a legal remedy without first contacting us.
